For healthcare employers

Post Healthcare
Jobs for Free.

Create an employer account, describe your vacancy and give candidates the information they need to apply.

An employer account is required to post. New vacancies are reviewed before they go live.

A clearer route to your next hire

Make the Role Easy to Understand.

Free job posting gives your healthcare vacancy a place where candidates can review the work, location and offer. A strong advert explains what the person will do, what they need to bring and how to take the next step.

Use a recognisable title and accurate requirements. Include the salary and working pattern where available, and make any conditions clear. The aim is to help people judge whether the opportunity matches their experience before they apply.

How to Post Your Healthcare Job

1. Create or Sign In to Your Employer Account

Use your contact details to create an employer account. Add your organisation information so candidates can understand who is advertising the role. Existing employers can sign in and continue to a vacancy.

2. Describe the Role and the Offer

Add a job title, profession, country and location. Set the work type and provide pay with its original currency and period. Explain responsibilities, essential requirements and any confirmed benefits.

3. Review Before You Submit

Preview the advert from a candidate’s perspective. Check the application route, closing date and salary conditions, then submit the vacancy. The account journey keeps vacancy details together for the next step.

What to Have Ready

You do not need a long marketing brochure to start. Bring the facts that help someone decide whether this job is right for them:

  • Organisation: the name candidates will recognise and a clear introduction to the employer.
  • Role and location: a specific title, profession, country and city or region.
  • Working arrangements: employment type, hours and any important roster or travel expectations.
  • Pay: the original currency, range or amount, pay period and conditions. Do not substitute zero for missing salary information.
  • Requirements: relevant qualifications, experience and any registration requirements, separated into essential and desirable criteria.
  • Application details: how candidates apply and when the vacancy closes.

Keep organisation images and logos accurate and relevant. They can help introduce your team, but they should not replace a clear description of the work.

Free Job Posting: Your Questions Answered

Can I post healthcare jobs for free?
Free job posting is the core HealthEHiring offer. Create or sign in to an employer account to begin. Eligibility, any posting limits and any optional paid services are set out in the website terms, and free posting should not be taken to mean unlimited posting.
Do I need an employer account?
Yes. Employers must sign in before creating or submitting a vacancy. This connects the advert to the appropriate account and organisation.
Can I use the same details for every country?
Keep organisation information consistent, but write each advert for its actual role and location. Check pay currency, work arrangements and requirements for that vacancy. Do not duplicate a job into countries where the work is not available.
Does a free advert guarantee applications or a hire?
No. An advert introduces an opportunity; it cannot guarantee the number or suitability of applicants or a hiring outcome. Accurate information helps candidates make an informed choice.
When will the vacancy appear?
Submitted vacancies are reviewed by our team before they go live, so a new advert does not appear immediately. We cannot promise a publication time.
